Luisa Sample is a savvy negotiator and mediator who can reach settlements quickly and efficiently but isn't afraid to be aggressive in litigation if necessary. After graduating from Stetson University College of Law, Luisa was a prosecutor at the Duval County State Attorney's Office from 2003-2006 which provided her with invaluable trial experience. To date, Luisa has taken over 100 cases to trial and routinely deals with complex cases.

Luisa founded Clarity Legal Solutions with her partner Caitlin Sample in 2010 after several years of working under New Mexico's best family and personal injury attorneys. Since founding her practice, Luisa has continued to prove she can tackle any case, from the most civil to the most contentious.

Luisa Sample understands that no two cases are alike, that's why she will take the time to methodically review the specific details of your case in order to develop a customized strategy that fits your needs. Luisa lives in Santa Fe with her wife Brielle and their two cats Tom and Jerry. When she's not strategizing and negotiating your case, Luisa can be found reading on the beach or volunteering at the local animal shelter.
