Caitlin Sample is a double-graduate of the University of New Mexico, earning her Bachelor's Cum Laude in 2013 and her Juris Doctorate with honors in 2019. Born and raised in Pensacola, Caitlin is passionate about providing the best services to her New Mexico community in the areas of family law and personal injury.
Before founding Clarity Legal Solutions with her partner Luisa Sample in Santa Fe, NM, Caitlin worked closely under one of the top family law attorneys in the country. This experience strengthened her mediation and problem-solving approach and sharpened her skills, allowing her to handle even the most complex legal matters with ease.
On top of being active in multiple lawyers associations, Caitlin Sample is also a regular contributor to New Mexico Courts Help, a public service designed to help citizens successfully navigate New Mexico's court system, access family law forms, and prepare for court. Through this work, Caitlin aims to make the law more accessible to the people of New Mexico.
Caitlin lives in Santa Fe and enjoys making new recipes, traveling to exciting destinations, and working on her fiction novel in her spare time.
